I originally became hooked on this author after reading the first book in the 'Ana Martin' series; the first read left an impression on me that left me eager to see how the story was going to play out and also to see what else the author had to offer to readers through her writing- with this being said, I can definitely say that each new installment in the series has proven to be just as good as the last and each one has left me more than satisfied every time in their own unique way. Lyneal Jenkins has a literary voice that delivers a package of action, dynamic characters, and a clearly well thought-out plot that is complimented by top quality writing from front to back- Frozen Flame is definitely a book that I could see myself re-reading in the near future, and I will certainly be keeping an eye out for future releases by Lyneal Jenkins in the future.
Frozen Flame is my favorite so far of the Ana Martin Series. I love Ana more each book and have to devour them to see what happens. She is always good for an adventure, some fighting and some laughs. She is a fantasy train wreck, always getting herself into a pickle.
Lyneal's ability to create imagery in her words is an amazing gift. Her clever characters, plots and fantasy world she creates drew me in and I want to stay for a while.
There are some twist in Frozen Flame that surprised me and I liked to be surprised. I would write a longer review but I want to go read The Last Prophecy.

There are many who want Ana dead, and they’re not all exactly human. For starters, there’s her husband, Nathan, a crooked cop put in jail because of her testimony he’s out now, and looking for her. There’s a force that is hunting the Siis, the race of superior beings who walk among humans. And, there are the Siis themselves some of them have shown an unhealthy interest in Ana. So, she flees England for the United States to hide with her friend Maria’s family—noted witches—only to land in even more trouble.
The third volume in Lyneal Jenkins story of Ana, Frozen Flame, which I received a free copy of in exchange for my review, was a delight to read. Jenkins manages to keep us interested in Ana’s fate, while ratcheting up the tension and worsening the odds against our heroine in each book. She even manages to insert a bit of humor in the midst of some pretty gruesome—at least, scary—scenes.
This is a series that will keep you reading.
Well in this book, Ana is back to be followed by her ex-husbands partner (Creed) which creates more problems for her. When Ana finds drugs that have been hidden in her home, she knows that Creed has planted them. She and Maria go to Creed's apartment and find out that he has been stalking her longer than she knew about and that he is helping her ex Nathan escape during a prison transfer. Things just get worse, when she & Maria try to foil the escape plan they end up paralysed by a Torreen that is helping Nathan. Then to try and get some space, Ana goes to America with Maria thinking that she will be safe with a house of witches to find she only aggravates the situation. When Maria get hurt badly, has to have brain surgery, after making sure Maria is going to be ok, Anna heads back home to end up in trouble once again. But this time it's gonna take Gaberial to help her out with a few more friends. And much more, but I hate to put to much, I really want you to read the book and be excited by it like I was, and I couldn't put it down.
The book really captures your attention with an interesting story and characters but the spelling and grammar errors are atrocious.
Books are wrote in serial form how lame! Just not as good as the author could have made it! I have over 4000 books on kindle! But home sick..
